A. A. Sydes Construction, Inc., is requesting final subdivision plan approval for “Bendigo Bay Phase 1 Section A at Bluewater Rise”; a proposed 37-lot residential Planned Unit Development (PUD). This section of the multi-phase development is located on 20.16 +/- acres in the R-8 Residential District. The site is located to the north of County Line Road and to the west of Old Airport Road.
