Riddick to establish an initial zoning designation of R-20 residential district for a parcel totaling 6.18 +/- acres. The parcel is located at 618 W Thurman Rd. and is further identified as Craven County Parcel ID Parcel ID #7-109-15001.
Overlook Holdings, LLC/McKim & Creed is requesting general plan approval for “Carolina Colours: Bayberry Park Subdivision”; a proposed 48-lot major subdivision. This section of the multi-phase development is located on 15.41+/- acres in the R-8 Residential District. The site is located to the to the southern side of Creekscape Crossing (Ward 3).
Consideration of a request from property owners Tried by Fire Inc. to rezone one parcel, totaling 0.14+/- acres, from R-6 Residential district to C-5 Office and institutional district. The parcel is located at 524 Rountree St. and is further identified as Craven County Parcel ID Parcel ID #8-008-047.
Continuation: Consideration of a request from the City of New Bern Redevelopment Commission to adopt the proposed Redevelopment Plan for the boundary approved by the Planning and Zoning Board on April 2nd, 2019.
