What is the Historic Preservation Commission?
The HPC will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 in the City Hall Courtroom, 2nd floor, located at 300 Pollock Street.
MEETING AGENDA:

2. Approval of Minutes of Previous Meeting(s)
3. Old Business:
A. 239 Middle Street - to include a request to remove 2 Bradford Pear street trees in the primary AVC.
4. Consideration of New Applications:
A. 507 George Street - to include the demolition of an accessory structure in the tertiary AVC.
B. 219 Middle Street - to include the removal of entryway door on the right portion of the facade and to replace with an operable metal casement window in the primary AVC.
C. 411 Johnson Street - to include an addition to a contributing structure in the tertiary AVC.
D. 227 Middle Street - to include an addition to a contributing structure in the tertiary AVC.
5. Board Discussion:
A. Reclassification of Masonry Walls and Fences as Major Works.
B. 1411 National Avenue - Request by staff to place structure on the Demolition by Neglect Property List.
6. Administrative Updates and Minor Works
A. 422 Broad Street - to include the installation of 3 wood and metal benches in the primary AVC (assigned to staff during June Design Review).
B. 701 Broad Street - Demolition by Neglect Updates.
7. General Public Comments.
