212 New Street— installation of a new roof over the rear entranceway, installation of a platform and balustrade for HVAC units, & installation of a pergola in the secondary AVC.
219 East Front Street—to include the installation of a wooden 6 foot fence in the secondary and tertiary AVC’s, and the installation of wooden landscaping edging in the primary AVC.
713 Pollock Street— enlargement of a window opening to a wooden door opening and the installation of metal stairs in the tertiary AVC.
