NEWBURN TOWERS, $374,506 FOR A TOTAL CONSOLIDATED REVENUE OF $1,148,690.

IF WE WILL TURN TO THE NEXT PAGE, YOUR TOTAL OPERATING EXPENSES WERE $466,457 FOR TRIN COURT.

UM, $39,536 FOR COMMUNITY HOUSING INITIATIVE AND 427, I MEAN $427,018 FOR NEWBORN TALONS, FULL CONSOLIDATED EXPENSES OF $933,012 THAT GAVE US OPERATING REVENUE FOR THE FIRST FIVE MONTHS OF 300, $1,246 FOR TRENT COURT, 6,484 CRAVEN TERRORISTS, A LOSS OF 39,000 5 36 FOR COMMUNITY HOUSING INITIATIVE AND A LOSS OF $52,512 FOR NEW BURNED HOUSE, WHICH CONSISTS OF 94,000 OF CAPITAL COSTS, WHICH WOULD HAVE GAVE THEM A PROFIT OF ABOUT 40,000.

HAD THOSE COSTS NOT BEEN CAPITALIZED, UH, THAT GAVE US CONSOLIDATED INCOME OF $215,678 AS INCOME FROM OPERATIONS FROM MY CAPITAL FUND,

WE'LL BE GETTING REIMBURSED FOR, WHICH GIVES US A NET OF 3 74, 8 69 FOR TRAN COURT, 6,480 FOR GRIEVING TERRORISTS LOSS OF 39,000 FOOT CHF AND LOSS OF 52,000 FOR NEW BRIAN TOWELS FOR A NET OF $281,302 OF INCOME FOR THE FIRST FIVE MONTHS.

AND NEUPRO TOWERS 106 UNITS HAVE 95 OCCUPIED FOR, I SEE RATE OF 91%, UM, FOR THE MONTH OF MAY.

UM, AS YOU ALL KNOW, WE'RE COMING UP ON THE END OF THE MORATORIUM FOR EVICTIONS.

UM, AS OF THE DATE OF THIS REPORT, WE HAVE 61 NON-PAYMENTS AT TRENT COURT AND WE ALSO HAVE 29 NON-PAYMENT AT THE TOWERS.

AND WE HAVE REACHED OUT TO ALL THE FAMILIES TO LET THEM KNOW THEIR OPTIONS FOR RECEIVING ASSISTANCE, UH, FOR HELP WITH THE RENTAL PAYMENTS THAT THEY ARE, UM, THAT THEY OWED TO THE AGENCY.

UM, SO HOPEFULLY WE WON'T HAVE ANY TERMINATIONS OR EVICTIONS TO COME, BUT IT'S POSSIBLE THAT WE COULD HAVE SOMEONE TO COME AND UP WHEN DOES THAT, UH, AND THAT ONE MORE.

UM, WE HAD A MEETING TO DISCUSS, UM, OUR MAINTENANCE WORK ORDER PROCESS, AND WE PUT SOME THINGS IN PLACE TO HELP US GET THOSE ORDERS TURNED IN AND CLEARED.

AND SO I'M VERY, VERY HAPPY TO SAY THAT AT THE DATE OF THIS REPORT, WE ONLY HAVE FOUR OUTSTANDING, UH, WORK ORDERS THAT TRANSPORT AND AT THE TOWERS WE HAD 10.

UM, AND JUST TO CLARIFY, UM, THOSE DO NOT INCLUDE THE UNITS THAT WERE NOT ABLE TO GET PARTS ON.

SO WE STILL HAVE SOME ACS THAT ARE OUT AT THE TOWERS.

UM, AND THEY ALSO, WE HAVE A FEW THAT ARE OUT AT, UM, TRANSPORT, BUT SOME OF THOSE THINGS THAT WE'RE WAITING ON FOR PARTS, AND IT'S NOT THAT, UM, YOU KNOW, WE'RE NOT DOING THE WORK, WE DON'T HAVE THE PARTS TO DO THE WORK.

SO, UM, THOSE NUMBERS ARE, ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE, IN THE REPORT TODAY, BUT, UM, IN THE COMING MONTHS, WE'RE GOING TO TALK ABOUT ALSO CHANGES TO THE REPORT WHERE WE CAN SHOW YOU, UM, THE ONES THAT ARE OUTSTANDING FOR REPAIRS.

WE'LL BE ABLE TO USE THOSE AGAIN, OTHER UNITS, BECAUSE, YOU KNOW, AN AIR CONDITIONER IS GOING TO BREAK DOWN ON THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND BY FRIDAY AT FIVE O'CLOCK.

AND TO HAVE SOMETHING WE CAN WENT OVER THERE AND PLUG IN THE WALL IS, IS, IS, IS, IS NICE.

WE'LL, WE'LL DEFINITELY BE READY TO DO THAT.

UM, AND I CAN SEE THE CHANGES ON MY VISITS, UM, WORKING WITH FEMA ON, UM, THE FUNDS FOR TRANSPORT TO HELP US, UH, DEMOLISH THOSE, UH, UNITS THAT ARE OFFLINE.

UH, WE'RE GETTING CLOSE AND CLOSE AND CLOSE EVERYDAY.

UM, ARLENE IS WORKING REALLY HARD, UM, TRYING TO GET THAT CLOSED OUT SO THAT WE COULD GET THE FUNDS FOR THAT.

SO I'M HOPING THAT, UH, WE CAN HAVE SOME GREAT NEWS, UM, IN AUGUST OR LATE SEPTEMBER.

UM, RIGHT NOW WE HAVE, UM, THE RFP RFQ OUT FOR A DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT TO COME IN AND HELP US ON OUR PROJECTS SO THAT WE CAN, UM, YOU KNOW, DEMOLISH WHAT WE NEED TO AT TRANSPORT AND MOVE FORWARD JUST TO MAKING SURE THAT WE HAVE THE BEST POSSIBLE PLANS IN PLACE AND, UM, THE BEST POSSIBLE DEALS FOR THE AGENCY, SO THAT, UH, OUR QUEUE IS GOING TO CLOSE THE END OF JULY.

AND SO, UM, HOPEFULLY NEXT MONTH WE'LL BE ABLE TO HAVE A SELECTION FOR YOU TO APPROVE.

UM, OUR OFFICE WILL BE RELOCATING AT THE END OF JULY.

UM, OUR LEASE IS UP AND I'VE BEEN WORKING REALLY, REALLY HARD TRYING TO FIND US A NEW LOCATION, UM, TO JUST ACCOMMODATE ALL OF OUR NEEDS.

UM, UM, LINCOLN FOR STAYS WHERE, UM, IT'LL HOLD ALL OF OUR STAFF, UM, A SPACE WHERE WE CAN HOLD OUR BOARD MEETINGS, A SPACE WHERE WE CAN HOLD TRAININGS, UM, AND JUST MAKE SURE THAT WE'RE ABLE TO MOVE THE AGENCY FORWARD.
