AND WHEN IT COMES BACK TO HOW FOR ALL WAY FROM WE, HOW FAR AWAY ARE WE FROM BEING READY TO DO SOMETHING ON A LOT OF HOUSE BY HOUSE BASIS AND THE COMPARING AND CONTRASTING THAT WITH THE PERCEPTION OF WE'VE GOT ALL THE PROPERTY AND WHERE YOU'RE GOING TO SIT AND DO ANYTHING WITH IT, I'M INCLINED TO HOLD IT AND SAY, WE CAN USE IT OURSELVES.

BUT IF WE'RE KNOW THAT WE'RE GOING TO BE 10 TO 15 YEARS AWAY FROM TOUCHING IT, DO ANYTHING WITH IT, THEY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT SOME PERCEPTION ISSUES WITH WE'RE SAYING, NO, WE'RE NOT GOING TO SELL IT OVER TO HIM.

AND SO WE'RE JUST GOING TO SIT THERE AND HELP HIM.

UM, I WOULD NOT BE INCLINED TO AUTOMATICALLY IN CONVERSATIONS, BUT OPTION.

SO THAT WOULD, THAT WOULD BE, YOU KNOW, WE'VE DONE THAT BEFORE.

DO YOU SEE THAT BEING ONE OF THE EARLIER PARCELS OF LAND IN THAT AREA THAT WE WOULD TRACK TO DEVELOP OR WOULD WE TRY TO SEEK OUT? WE CAN TRY WITH A PARTNERSHIP WITH HABITAT.

I WOULD SEE US PUTTING, GETTING A HOUSE THERE.

UM, SO WE ESSENTIALLY FOUND AN ILLEGAL BOARDING HOUSE.

UM, SO WE'RE GOING THROUGH THAT PROCESS OF GETTING THEM INTO COMPLIANCE AND, UM, GOING THROUGH THAT PROCESS, IT'S ONE OF OUR LANDLORDS THAT WE KNOW OF IN THE COMMUNITY.

THEY WERE JUST HAPPY TO SEE SOMEBODY PAY THEM A LITTLE BIT OF ATTENTION AND THAT'S WHAT THEY WANTED.

AND THAT'S WHAT THEY FED OFF OF THEM.

I'M STILL GOING UP AND DOWN THE STREET FROM SPIEL.

UM, GOING BACK CHECKING A COUPLE OF BOLTS THAT WE TALKED TO AND THEY HAVE STARTED TO KEEP THEIR GROUNDS CLEAN.
