TWO ARE THE MAJOR TAFT OF THE HPC INCLUDE APPROVING APPLICATIONS FOR CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS AND PREVENTING DEMOLITION OF HISTORIC STRUCTURES DUE TO NEGLECT THE HBC.

HO HALL'S A QUASI JUDICIAL HEARING ON AN APPLICATION FOR A CERTIFICATE OF APPROPRIATENESS.

THE COMMISSION HERE'S SWORN TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE PROVIDED BY THE APPLICANT BY PARTIES WHO RECEIVED NOTICE OF THE HEARING AND BY OTHERS WHO CAN JUSTIFY THAT THEY HAVE RELEVANT EVIDENCE AND ARE DIRECTLY AFFECTED BY THE APPLICATION.
