AND THERE WAS A LAWSUIT THAT WAS INVOLVED, UH, SYDNEY, BENIGN DEVELOPER, UH, THE, UH, THE RIGHT TO, UH, MAKE THE CHANGE THAT THEY WANTED TO MAKE. AND THE DEVELOPER SUED AND CAROLINE, AND FOUND IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF RALEIGH.
