SO IT'S HARD TO TELL WHETHER YOU'VE GOT A PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE, WALK OVER HERE OR A DUMP TRUCK IN SOME WAY, ADDRESS THAT PROBLEM WITH YOUR ASS.

AND SO THE TRASH OUT AND SAY 48 HOURS BEFORE ILLEGAL CALL PERIOD TIMES TO DO CERTAIN SO CLEAN AND TELL IT WAS JUST, IT CALLS EVERYBODY ON EITHER SIDE CLEAN UP, BECAUSE IT JUST BE SUCH A SHOCK BECAUSE OF ALL THE OKAY.

A CITY HAS BEEN VERY PROACTIVE IN PAST FINISHED WHAT THAT MEANS, OR THIS IS A MULTI-YEAR PROJECT COMPLETED IN 2003 AND IS PARTIALLY FUNDED THROUGH COASTAL MANAGEMENT, UH, PLANNING PROCESS OR COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, KIND OF SOME BASIC QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR US WHERE AN ALBUM OF THE EXISTING CONDITIONS, AND THEN SAID, WHERE DO WE WANT TO BE? UM, SO IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE CITY IS CHECKING THIS PROCESS AND IT'S NOT SOMETHING THAT WE'RE DOING

UM, AND ALSO AS SPINOFFS OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PLANS CAN OCCUR A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN, SOMETHING THAT, UH, WE CAN LOOK AT RECREATION PLAN, WHICH WOULD BE MORE DETAIL.

AND THEN, UM, RAUL AND WOULD GIVE US, THIS IS SHOW US PULLING.

SO WE MAY NEED TO GET MORE AND MORE COMPREHENSIVE LOOK AT.

SO THERE'S JUST SOMETHING THAT WE CAN SORT OF EXPECT A NEWER APPROACH TO COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING.

THERE IS GOING TO BE A GOOD MANY OFFICES INVOLVED IN ALL THE THINGS NECESSARY FOR THAT.

IF YOU DO THAT WELL, WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE CITIZENS CAN, IS UNDERTAKING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.

WE'VE DONE THAT THROUGH SNAP BROCHURES AND UTILITY DEALS TEAMS. REALLY GOOD CITIZENS INVOLVEMENT.

WE ALSO HAVE, YOU ALL HAVE POINTED, THIS IS A PLANNING BOARD PLUS WOULD REPRESENT A BROAD INTEREST IN THE COMMUNITY.

UM, WE HAD OUR VERY FIRST MEETING TODAY AND GAVE HIM SIMILAR PRESENTATION.

THIS IS WHAT I WANTED TO BE CALLED HIM.

AND, UM, AND THEY WILL BE A VERY INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROCESS.

UM, UH, OUR CONSULTANT , DIDN'T DO A TALK TO ALL THE DEPARTMENT HEADS AND, UH, AND OF COURSE PLANS HAD TO BE VERY, VERY INVOLVED.

SO THESE WERE ALL PEOPLE WITH THE PLANNING BOARD, GOOGLE, HOPEFULLY THERE WERE SOME PLAN AND, UM, THIS BOARD SESSION AND YOU WON'T GET THE PHONE, THE FROG, OKAY.

TO SAY, WELL, WHAT DOES THE TOOTHPASTE PROCESS

AND SO THIS IS CERTAINLY A GOOD BASIS TO BEGIN OUR DAY TO GAB, UH, WORKING WITH THE STEERING COMMITTEE AND THE PUBLIC WILL BEGIN TO IDENTIFY AREAS OF FOCUS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND RAISE THROUGH THOSE TO THE SAME NEIGHBORHOOD PRESERVATION.

THESE ARE JUST , UH, UH, THIS IS DONE ON BOTH ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, PARKS, AND RECREATION, AND A VERY, VERY IMPORTANT PART OF THE OVERALL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND COMMUNITY, THE COMMUNITY, READING OUT OPPORTUNITIES AND DESIGN STANDARDS.

WE'VE SEEN SOME IMPLEMENTATION OF OUR CORE PLANNING ORDINANCES, UH, I THINK REALLY IMPROVES, UH, THE AESTHETICS OF CERTAIN AREAS OF THE SAME IN BUSINESS, UH, AREAS .

YOU CAN LOOK AT ENTIRE CITY RESIDENTIAL AREAS DEVELOP, OH, SURE.

READ THE CITYWIDE AREAS THAT LOOKED THE STRESS, IDENTIFY THOSE AREAS IN TERMS OF DESIGN STANDARDS THAT MOST LIKELY WOULD BE AREAS LIKE IN THE COMMUNITY ABOUT THE EVENT AND THIS PARTICULAR SIDE, THIS IS PRETTY EASY TO FIGURE OUT WHERE THIS IS, WHERE YOU FOUND IT DIDN'T PASS.

AND THAT'S SOMETHING WE HAVE TO LOOK AT.
