LAST TIME I SPOKE TO A DLT OF THIS AREA, THEY DON'T HAVE THE FUNDS TO DO IT AND THEN COME UP WITH SOME MONEY, BUT THEY'RE LOOKING TO GET MONEY FROM THE COUNTY OR THE CITY YOU CONSIDER SUCH A LARGE SUBDIVISION THAT'S GOING TO BE, AND YOU ONLY REALLY HAVE ONE ROAD TO GET YOU OUT, UNLESS YOU GOING DOWN GRAVEL ROAD.

BUT THE, BUT THE STATE DOESN'T HAVE THE MONEY.

EVERY THAT'D BE THEIR ATTENDANCE OF A COMPETE IN THIS DAY.

AND EACH DIVISION IS SCREAMING FOR MORE AND MORE MONEY.

THE OUTER BANKS THAT ROAD GETS WASHED OUT ALL THE TIME.

THEY HAVE TO GET FUNDING FOR THAT.

THE PEOPLE IN THE MOUNTAINOUS AREAS, IF YOUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION MAYBE PUT UP SOME MONEY TO HELP THE STATE GO BACK, WELL, WE'LL GET MY BILL AND GET THAT TAPE.

OUR HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION RIGHT NOW IS MR. SOX.

WE HAVE RESIDENCE, MR. SIDES WAS NOT TURNED OVER BEFORE.

THE COURT SYSTEM FOR THAT SUGGESTION TO YOU.

SO, UH, IN THIS PARTICULAR CASE, THEY'VE, UH, TAKEN A LOOK AT THE OLD, THE CURRENT PLAN AND, UH, THEY INTEND TO PROVIDE A CONCENTRATED REVIEW OF KEY AREAS AND ZONES REQUIRING A CLOSER LOOK AS TO THE SUITABILITY OF THE PRESENT LAND USE PROGRAM FOR EACH FOCUS ZONE.
