OUR RULES INDICATE THAT BOTH THE CHAIR AND THE VICE CHAIR MUST BE RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF NEWBURGH.

SO BEAR THAT IN MIND, AS YOU MAKE YOUR NOMINATIONS.

BEFORE WE GET INTO THAT, UM, THAT DISCUSSION, IT MIGHT BE APPROPRIATE SINCE THERE'S NEW FACES AROUND THE TABLE FOR THE THREE NEW MEMBERS TO INTRODUCE THEMSELVES.
