AND WE WOULD ANTICIPATE GOING BACK HERE WITH PHASE SIX, PROBABLY ABOUT THIS TIME NEXT YEAR OR A COUPLE MONTHS EARLIER, MIDDLE OF NEXT YEAR.

AND IT WOULD LOOK, YEAH, RIGHT NOW EVERYTHING'S RUNNING IN LINE WITH THE GENERAL PLAN APPROVAL.
