READY TO GET TO THE WELLNESS , THE NEIGHBORHOOD WORKING GROUP REPORT.

UH, AS I'VE SAID IN THE PAST THAT THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA IS EVER CHANGING AND IT CHANGES ALONG WITH THE SEASONS.

UH, I DON'T THINK THAT THERE IS A, UH, PARTICULAR COMMUNITY THAT CHANGES WITHOUT IT BEING FOR IN, IN OTHER WORDS, THE LANDSCAPE CHANGES EVERYWHERE IN THE CITY, BUT YOU HAVE THOSE THAT COME OUT AND WORK THE SEASON, SO TO SPEAK.

THE REDEVELOPMENT AREA IS DICTATED, ITS LANDSCAPE IS DICTATED BY ITS SEASON AND NOT WORKED AS MUCH AS OTHER PLACES IN THE REDEVELOP WELL IN THE CITY, UH, IF I'M MAKING ANY SENSE.

UM, PEOPLE PREPARE FOR THEIR SEASONS AND WE JUST PREPARE FOR EACH SEASON BECAUSE THE LANDSCAPE IS GONNA BE EVER CHANGING, UH, WHETHER WE WANT IT TO OR NOT.

SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, UH, WE ALL KNOW THAT THERE WILL BE, UM, LEAVES THAT WILL BECOME ABUNDANT AND IT DOESN'T REALLY GET A LOT OF THE ATTENTION WITH THE STREET SWEEPERS, WITH THE WHATEVER CAN BE DONE FOR A LOT OF THE WIND BLOWING TRASH.

WE'RE STARTING TO SEE THAT A LOT MORE AND IT'S ALMOST BEING DICTATED AND BEING FORCED UPON US.

UM, SO WE HAVE TO GET OUT AND WE HAVE TO DO MORE AS IT RELATES TO OUR NEIGHBORHOODS.

SO WE HAVE TO PAY A LITTLE BIT CLOSER ATTENTION AND NOT JUST BE DICTATED, UH, BY THE, BY THE WEATHER AND BY ITS NATURAL SEASONAL EFFECTS.

SO WITH THAT BEING SAID, THERE WILL BE A CLEANUP THAT WE WILL BE DISCUSSING, UM, HOPEFULLY DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON.

NOT ANYTHING MAJOR, BUT WE ARE PLANNING ON A COMMUNITY CLEANUP AND IT'S GONNA TAKE ALL HANDS ON DECK.

UH, AND THAT'S THE CONSENSUS OF THE REPORT FROM THE NEIGHBORHOOD.

I HAVE NOTHING TO REPORT AT THIS TIME, BUT AS A POINT OF PERSONAL PRIVILEGE, I WOULD LIKE TO, LIKE TO TAKE THE TIME TO THANK, UM, SOME OF OUR EXTERNAL MEMBERS, UM, OF THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS GROUP.

THEY PROVIDE ME WITH A LOT OF GUIDANCE, A LOT OF ASSISTANCE, UM, AND THEY ALWAYS ANSWER THE PHONE.

THAT'S ONE THING THAT I NEED TO SAY.

UM, WE MET ON LAST FRIDAY, I THINK IT WAS, WHICH I WAS, SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

UM, SHARON KIPP, UM, ZE AND I MET AND WENT THROUGH THE DOCUMENT, SPENT A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR AND KIND OF TALKED ABOUT OUR INITIAL CONCERNS AND HAVE SOME IDEAS FOR IT.

UM, I'M WORKING ON UPDATES AND Z'S HELPING ME WITH A COUPLE OF THOUGHTS WE HAD AS WELL.

UM, SO WE WILL, WE'LL HAVE SOMETHING IN WRITING TO SHARE AT THE NEXT MEETING.

AND, UM, I WANNA ASK YOU, JO SAYS THERE, , , UH, ZE AND I TALKED, TALKED TODAY, AND I GUESS THE IDEA IS WE ARE GOING TO PLAN A RETREAT FOR BOARD AND HOPEFULLY BRING IN MEMBERS OF OTHER REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONS THAT ARE LOCAL SOMEWHERE OTHER CITY THAT ARE DOING SOMETHING THAT HAVE A REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION HAVE RE COMMISSION BECAUSE WE DON'T NEED TO INVENT SOMETHING THAT'S ALREADY IN PLACE.

SO WE'RE TRYING TO FIND A DATE AND THEN HOPEFULLY JAIL WILL BE ABLE TO GET IN TOUCH WITH AT LEAST TWO OF THOSE DIRECTORS OR MEMBERS OF THE BOARD TO COME IN AND TALK TO US ABOUT IT.

UH, IT'S VERY, I THINK IT'S VERY IMPORTANT THAT, THAT WE DO THIS VERY SOON.
