SO THEY ELECTED TO GO WITH THE RECOMBINATION TO ALLEVIATE THAT.

UM, I KNOW THE PROPERTY LINES ARE SLIGHTLY WONKY, BUT WE HAD TO MAKE SURE THAT SETBACKS ARE STILL BEING COMPLIED WITH IN REGARDS IN REGARDS TO THE EXISTING STRUCTURES THAT ARE ALREADY THERE.

SO THAT KIND OF THROWS ANOTHER LOOP IN THERE FOR WHETHER IT BE THE, UM, THE SURVEYOR OR THE ENGINEERING COMPANY OR THE ARCHITECT TO MAKE SURE OR TO ENSURE THAT THE LINES ARE MEETING ALL THE DIFFERENCES THAT THE ORDINANCE ALSO REQUIRES THEM TO MEET WHEN CONDUCTING A RECOMBINATION.

SO THAT'S WHY THE LINES ARE KIND OF, UM, I GUESS A LITTLE DIFFERENT, IF YOU WILL.
