CHAIRMAN'S REMARKS.WE DO USUALLY, UH, IN THE RULES ONCE A YEAR HAVE AN ELECTION FOR CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR.
WE DON'T CURRENTLY HAVE A VICE CHAIR, SO UM, IT'S OUR NEW BUSINESS.
IF SOMEONE WOULD LIKE TO MAKE THAT MOTION, UH, FEEL FREE.
IF NOT, WE CAN, UH, CONTINUE ON AS WE ARE.
[VI.A. Approval of the official Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Schedule for the year 2026. ]
AND WITH THAT WE'LL GO TO ITEM NUMBER SIX, APPROVAL OF THE OFFICIAL PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MEETING SCHEDULE FOR THE YEAR 2026.MR. CHAIRMAN, THIS IS JUST SPECIFICALLY FOR THIS UPCOMING YEAR SCHEDULE.
UM, I WANTED TO TRY TO MAKE SURE OF COURSE, THAT THIS AS LAST YEAR, THE BOARD HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO REVIEW THIS, UH, AND ESSENTIALLY SEE THAT, YOU KNOW, ALL THE DATES KIND OF MIRROR, SAME, SIMILAR AS LAST YEAR, THE SAME TIMEFRAME, SAME DAYS FOR THE MOST PART.
UM, AND JUST IF THE BOARD HAD ANY CONFLICTS, THOUGH THEY COULD BE DISCUSSED HERE JUST IN A A POINT TO WHERE WE CAN TRY TO PLAN AHEAD, IF YOU WILL, TO ENSURE THAT WE CAN TRY TO HAVE QUORUM STILL.

WILL MOVE ON TO STAFF COMMONS.SO JUST TO KIND OF ADVISE THE BOARD FOR THE NEXT MEETING, IT WON'T BE QUITE AS QUICK.
UM, WE WILL HAVE TWO ITEMS. SO WE HAVE AN INITIAL ZONING THAT'S GONNA BE FOR 34 0 6 OLD AIRPORT ROAD.
UM, THAT'S PRETTY MUCH AS GENERAL AS I CAN SAY FOR THE TIME BEING.
THE PROPOSED ZONING DISTRICT, I BELIEVE WAS RESIDENTIAL EIGHT OR R DASH EIGHT, IF I'M REMEMBERING CORRECTLY.
UH, IT'S THE SECOND ITEM THAT WE HAVE CURRENTLY, WHICH IS STILL KIND OF, UH, NOT UP IN THE AIR, BUT IT'S IN THE PROCESS OF BEING EVALUATED FURTHER THROUGH SOME STATE PROCEDURES.
UH, IT'S 1100 PINE TREE AND THAT'S FOR A REZONING TO TAKE PLACE FROM R DASH 10 A TO C DASH THREE.
SO THAT'S THE CURRENT, UH, UPCOMING ITEMS FOR, UH, FEBRUARY'S SCHEDULE.
UM, KENDRICK, DO YOU HAVE ANY UPDATES ON THE, UM, OH, I JUST LOST IT.
UNFORTUNATELY RIGHT NOW WE HAD REALLY NO ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THUS FAR.
UM, RIGHT NOW WE'RE STILL KIND OF JUST WORKING THROUGH SOME OF THE KINKS AND TRYING OUR BEST TO SEE AS TO HOW TO, YOU KNOW, HANDLE, UM, THOSE ISSUES NECESSARILY.
